Safety Statement

The safety of our customers and the public is our highest priority. We have therefore put in place the following precautions and policies:

• We have Employers and Public Liability Insurance
• All employees have an up to date background CRB check
• All staff and employees wear a ZWD identification badge
• During the current and any subsequent outbreaks of COVID19 the following additional safety measures will be taken to eliminate contact between customers and employees:-
• Our drivers will be wearing PPE whilst refilling customers bottles and the external surface will be sanitised before being returning
• For refill deliveries the driver will telephone in advance to confirm the bottles requiring refill are left on the doorstep
• The driver will collect the empty bottles fill them in the van, sanitise externally and return them to the doorstep
• The driver will ring the door bell (or alternatively telephone) to confirm they are ready for collection and then step away
• We will only refill your empty bottles we do not swap or exchange bottles when refilling. We only refill on site to avoid bottles being accidently swapped with another customers
• For delivery of new bottles the driver will leave the order on the doorstep within the pre-arranged time slot and ring the door bell (or alternatively telephone) to confirm they are ready for collection and then step away
