COVID-19 Precautions

We are taking every precaution to safeguard our customers and employees at this time. Although the risk of catching Covid-19 is low we are taking additional measures to reduce the risk further. We will be eliminating contact between customers and employees by introducing the following procedures:-

• Our drivers will be wearing PPE whilst refilling customers bottles and the external surface will be sanitised before being returning
• For refill deliveries the driver will telephone in advance to confirm the bottles that require refill are left on the doorstep
• The driver will collect the empty bottles fill them in the van, sanitise them and return them to the doorstep
• We will only refill your empty bottles. We do not swap or exchange when refilling. We only refill on site to avoid bottles being accidentally swapped with another customers
• The driver will ring the door bell (or alternatively telephone) to confirm they are ready for collection and then step away
• For delivery of new bottles the driver will leave the order on the doorstep within the pre-arranged time slot and ring the door bell (or alternatively telephone) to confirm they are ready for collection and then step away
