All of our products are either unpackaged or sold in re-useable packaging.

At selection, choose either new manufacturers packaging, or select the refill options; either reusable aluminium bottles or your own container on site (which is refilled from our electric delivery vans).

Refill from the van – we fill your own bottles on site, local delivery area only.

Aluminium bottle – this has the benefit of not having to time your delivery when all your bottles need refilling and you can therefore top up your own bottles at home from the aluminium containers we provide. When you need new product simply order a new aluminium bottle to be delivered, this way you never run out, it takes the hassle out of timing your order and you still have zero waste.

We will collect and take away aluminium bottles once they’re empty, we then sanitise them for reuse. Fresh food is currently only available to the local delivery area.

Free delivery is available in our electric vans to our local delivery area that covers most of London and the South East. Free nationwide courier delivery is available to the rest of the UK mainland. You can use our postcode checker when placing an order.

You can choose from either a two hour delivery slot or if you know you will be in all day we offer all day delivery. Our courier service can be used in our local delivery area if you prefer but this option will not deliver our fresh food range.

When your bottles and other packaging are empty we will collect them when we deliver your next order and sanitise them for re-use.

Alternatively, they can be collected by courier from your home and be sent back to us at no additional charge but please keep the original packaging to return them in. This is how we achieve zero waste.
